Hi, my husband and I have just moved house and pur broadband provider cant connect our new property until the end of next week so my husband started using his phone to hotspot to our TV so we could watch Netflix in bed, he has the £25 goodie bag and has only been doing this each night for a few days but he got a txt this morning advising he would get slower internet during the day as a result. It's not just during the day he can hardly use any of the always on data he has paid for because his connection is so slow even now at quarter to one in the morning he can't watch a movie on Netflix because the connection isn't fast enough to play it. Is there anything we can do?
