I have just purchased a new goodybag as my data had run out and it still hasn’t processed. Payment has gone through with confirmation email but an hour later and still nothing. Any ideas?
What does it say on your my gg page?
Is there an option to start your goodybag early,if not,have you tried restarting your phone for the goodybag to kick in?
@bazstilinski24 try a simple restart of phone again to kick start it And see
Also does it show as queued up here to start when current goody bag expires

agents start at 8am and work until 11pm daily
