But why not ?
I think when someone has gone above and beyond and out of their way to ensure that as a customer I am satisfied it should be recognised ..not only does it bring a sense of pride to the individual but it also encourages other members of the team to step up their game

I don’t no why but after dealing with many of them they all give excellent service when I have problem so unless they start an employee of month it may be unfair to nominate just one ,
i always send one I deal with a private message thanking them so they would then get satisfaction from that
you could put an your idea in contribute to get an idea whether members would want such a scheme to nominate a member of staff
