I worked with the public all my life, Bank. Building Society and Funeral business. Always did my best to sort problems out because the customer will appreciate a good service and come back plus its good advertising for the company.
Nowadays its all changed some people who work with the public have a different attitude, if you treat people right they respond better. Attitudes are important, I like to think I'm a nice person but people with bad attitudes make me bristle,so I would walk away and take my business elsewhere.
