Before we dig into the rest of the thread, an important note on how we are handling calculations for August and September:
- August's calculations will only use data from the old community. As such, it will include any new interactions on the community between August 1st and 26th (inclusive).
- September's calculations will use data from the new community, but will cover from August 27th through the end of September.
- Rest assured that the way we handle the calculations will not be affected by the differing time periods from normal.
Right, so ... welcome to the new community. We hope you're all settling in. I know some of you have been having difficulty adjusting, so if there's anything specific we can improve to make things easier for you please do let us know in the Feedback tag.
I've also updated the format below a little. Let me know what you think - the key for what the symbols all mean is at the bottom (you'll need to open the spoiler).

✅ The files for Enhanced Content that we downloaded from Lithium following our normal process have unfortunately corrupted. We still have the data in a different format, so we'll be working to reconstruct what we need from the export that we used for migration.
