I have replaced my SIM card and network comes and goes off. It doesn't show any message of Error. Still not quite sure what is going on. Anyone experiencing same issue?
can you check for any local services please pop your full postcode in here to check for any network issues please https://giffgaff.com/coverage-and-service#network if shows none try a manual roam as explain here to update network again http://is.gd/manualroam or switch on and of your airplane flight mode a few times Or try a soft reset by holding the power button and volume up down button at the same time until phone reboots its self and see if works then Or switch to 3g only via network settings
hello try going to phone network settings if you can’t do manual roam and change it from 4g to 3G see if that improves it then change back to 4g ,
if it’s weak 4g then you may be better using 3G

Try each of these things and see if they work -
1) Turn your phone off for 5 minutes and then restart. This means powering it down completely, not just turning the screen off.
2) Check for signal problems or maintenance with your local mast (UK only). You can do that here -
3) Try doing a manual roam. This resets your phone's connection to the network. You can find instructions for doing this here -
If you're still having problems, try taking your SIM out and popping it into a different (unlocked/O2) phone and trying another SIM (from a different provider) in your phone. This will help to determine if the problem lies with your phone or the SIM card.

I have turn off and on so many times and nothing. I am unable to do manual roam.
