dalel53 That's what I showed when checking the signal:
Good indoors and outdoors. Good for mobile broadband.
But in fact the signal is very weak and disappear !!
This likely leaves your phone or your SIM:
• SIM issue
Test your giffgaff SIM in another unlocked phone. If the same SIM does not work in multiple devices, then it may be faulty. If you do not have a spare unactivated SIM, then order a new SIM here. You can then do a ‘SIM swap’ to transfer your existing phone number / goodybag / credit to this new SIM.
• Phone issue
Test different known working SIMs in your phone. If all SIMs get no signal in the same device, then there could be a potential problem with your handset.
