After waiting for 5 days for my free sim to arrive, I went and bought one at Sainsburys with £10 and 3 gig. This went to nothing in about 1 hour. I then topped up with the £25 unlimited data about 2 hours ago. No no internet. Help please...

also make sure recurring payments are switched of here
If you didn't then pay as you go rates apply at 15p per min for UK calls 5p per text in UK8p per call to voicemail 5p per megabyte data usage in UK twenty five pounds would give approximately 500megabytes usage on pay as you go compared to 40gigs on the always on goody bags as shown here
