Hi. I bought an iPhone from giffgaff in May 2019 which has stopped working so is still within warranty. Ive clicked through on the website to 'how to send the phone for repair' and it tells me to go to to my account and go to my order history. However, I can't login to the account as I only bought the phone from giffgaff so I didn't set up a goody bag for it. I then tried to contact a giffgaff agent but there's no way of sending a message about account logins. Can anyone help? I've got the order number and email receipt for the phone but now way of sending it for repair. Thanks.
