Sorry, I have written before and thought I had it under control but it appears not so. I have a giffgaff number that I used while in The UK in August (I live in Australia). I am going back to the UK in June next year and want to keep the number etc for use then but now that I am back home I will not be using it til I go back. My problem is that I have today been charged £10 for another month of Goody Bag. Do I just switch off my credit card to prevent further drawings? I do not have anyone to call in the UK to keep it active which I believe is what I had to do. I'm happy to add credit every 3 months which I thought I had to do also but not every month. Or is it best just to lapse the existing giffgaff and get a new one in June next year? Is there any way I can get a refund of my £10 which basically doubles in Australia. Help please, thank you.
