To complete the return process I have to read the 'returns policy' which I can't find - the link doesn't get there, and clear the screenlock pin - How to do that?

If you have changed your mind within 21 days print off a Royal Mail prepaid postage label here for free.
If it is faulty you have 28 days.
Ignore the screen lock pin unless you set one up.
jaymailsays I did set up a screen lock pin. The 'confirm your return 'site says I must 'properly disable my personal security code (pin, passcode lock)' How to do that??
Go to settings>Security and screenlock>Screen Lock
Then enter your pin to confirm, at the next screen choose None
