I haven’t used any where near my full speed data and it’s messing up I’m sick of this how can I fix this
liamtalboys97 firstly please your phone has the correct internet/MMS settings for giffgaff and not the O2 ones, please see Internet/MMS Settings for giffgaff
If it does you should see if there are any network problems where you are using the service status checker.
If there are no network problems by you, see if doing a Manual roam helps.
liamtalboys97 Hi you could try the " My Network " App to see if there's any issues in your area !It's an O2 app so seeing as giffgaff runs on the O2's infrastructure it's a good app to have !
