The wrong phone colour has arrived and we have followed the instructions on how to make a return, but the 'return phone' button isn't there on the website to select. I have gone to the 'my order history' and 'view' like it says. Can someone please help.
laure35517 try using another browser or device to process the return. Note that if you only recieved the phone today you might want to try again tomorrow to give the system time to catch up (you have 21 days to return the phone for a full refund).

You can send your phone back if still within the first 21 days

The problem with the phone return button has now been resolved, so you should now be able to follow the normal phone return procedure.
alexmgg2 yep it was just a problem with the website haha, all sorted now!
