Despite having network based voicemail for years, it seems that recently if i'm out of coverage or on a call, that users get a "Unrecognised Number" message instead of voicemail. This is impacting my business now as I work in the country with patch coverage at the best of time and voicemail is critical.
I've raised 3 tickets over the last couple of months, have tried 3 different SIMs in 2 different phones - and yet support still insist that it's a handset/SIM issue! :-(
Does anyone know how to escalate this to a Network or Voicemail specialist with giffgaff?
