Hi pls can any1 help ive been a giffgaff customer over a year and love it but for the 2nd time now I've ordered new Sims off my app from my account from my email and when given to my friends and they activate and top up and when I got email confirmation they was being sent out the email says my sister Rebecca which is at same addresse as me but it's my account and my email and I haven't received both my bonuses for signing friends up what can I do can't find a customer service line to ring

first of all, giffgaff is all online so you won't find any customer service numbers to ring.
you will receive the money as 500 points in payback (equivalent to £5). the payback is updated every month (between the 5th and 12th) and will appear here: https://giffgaff.com/auth/login?redirect=%2Fprofile%2Fpayback
the two payback periods are in December and June
make sure that you choose how you want to receive your payback here: https://giffgaff.com/auth/login?redirect=%2Fprofile%2Fchoose-payback-method

Your get them as payback rewards, have you checked your payback
When was the sims activated.
If it was this month you will get your points next month. Only the actavater gets there £5 t earlyer.

check the name and number you see in the upper right corner of the email
It does appear you may have handed out sims linked to your sisters account.
simon34809 your sisters will not receive it as payback. it should go straight into their account as credit. is no payback appearing on the page that i linked above??
I agree with@tazzy19#35193877. If she is getting your points you may have to come to some arrangement with her to retrieve the value, buy check with the agent in any case, as they may find it possible to redistribute them
Thanks just going to leavegiff gaff and bin the other Sims as I get nothing from it it's obvs there's a glitch with it as its just same addresse not email or number so thanks for your help
Yea I tried that I have no payback but who I gave the SIM too has had £5 credited to there account and myn says 0 (ripped off due to error on giff gaffs part)
