If you want to change your current number, we can create a brand new randomly generated one just for you and assign it to your current SIM/Account.
Just a heads up, this process can't be reversed and will mean you lose your current number forever.
A few other things to note
- The service isn't available between 9.30pm and 4.30am each day.
- Your Active GoodyBag(s) and Credit won't be shown in your account until the new phone number is registered, which can take up to 4 hours.
- You can only change your number twice per account. If done twice before you'll need to get a New SIM https://giffgaff.com/orders/mgm and Register a New Account to get a New Number.
- If you've recently asked to transfer your number to or from giffgaff, you won't be able to change your number until a later date.
