If the Goodybag has not started and is queued then you can cancel and be refunded to your payment method.
How to Cancel a Queued Goodybag and get a Refund
Log into My giffgaff https://giffgaff.com/dashboard and directly underneath your community Membername you will see your current and recurring Goodybag.
Go to the My payment details page https://giffgaff.com/profile/payment-details.
In this section click on Change to display your current queued Goodybag https://giffgaff.com/profile/payment-details#goodybagsettings.
Here you will see a Button 'Cancel next goodybag', click on this and then choose Yes!
That's it, your queued Goodybag has been cancelled and you will be refunded to your payment method.
Any problems cancelling then you can contact a agent here https://support2.giffgaff.com/app/ask/Top-up-balances-and-goodybags/Cancelling-a-goodybag-or-top-up-purchase/form/ and hopefully they will be able to cancel it and return your money.
Agents can take upto 24 hours to reply but are normally quite quick.
