Thank you so much for all your questions during our live Q&A - I really enjoyed it. You can catch up with all the questions in the post below.
Following on from Ash's Q&A in August, we saw a lot of you had some burning questions about giffgaff's future and how giffgaff works, so I'm going to be here to answer your questions from 6pm on November 12th.
I'm giffgaff's Chief Operating and Technology Officer, which means I oversee how everything works behind the scenes from a technical perspective. Our developers build giffgaff based on what you want us to be doing, and we fix things if they go wrong. I'd love to answer your questions on all things Technology, whether it's about how we work in an agile way, or what we might be working on in future.
All you need to do is pop your question in the widget below, whether it's live at 6pm on Tuesday or ahead of time, and I'll get to as many of them as I can.
When you're asking your question, pop in your member name in the Your Name area - that way we can see who you are and send you a message to remind you when we're starting. Just as a heads up, though, I won't be able to work on individual issues directly - the best folks for that will be members in the Help community, who can point you in the right direction.
If you want, too, pop a reply in here with your Qs - I'll be keeping an eye out over the next week and pulling the best ones for the session as well.
