bethanf1812 I've been using the £20 goody bag every month, I've just logged onto the app and it says I have no minutes nor data nor texts? But my goody bag is unlimited mins and texts and so many gb of data but I haven't used it all? And it's still working? I've tried refreshing the app and uninstalling and installing it but it's still the same. Anyone else had this?
Unfortunately, the app is not always very reliable. Try using a normal web browser, e.g. Firefox, to connect to the main website here:
Alternatively, ring the top-up line 43430 (free call), press 2 as though you're buying a goodybag, and listen to the voice telling you all your account balances.
You can also use the shortcodes *100# to get a message with your airtime credit balance, and *100*7# to get your remaining goodybag minutes and expiry date.
