Its a replacement sim (lost my phone but to have the same phone number) . I can't change my info any more
You will need to contact a giffgaff agent to inform them. But any replacement, for security reasons, will only be sent to the address registered on your account.
Does that mean the billing address?
Sorry for the delay. It is whatever address you registered, in most cases that is the card billing address.
