Please take a look at your giffgaff payment details and double-check to make sure that both Recurring Goodybag and Auto Top-up features are switched OFF, if not required. If one of those features is switched ON, this might be the reason for the unexpected payment.
If you want to request a cancellation of a goodybag or top-up credit bought automatically in error, or if a payment has been taken for no valid reason, please raise a case with an agent, as only agents can authorise refunds.
