So I posted about receiving a refurbished phone and it being very dirty, it bent been cleaned and giffgaff have admitted they made a mistake.
My options were
1) Send it back and get a replacement (there's none available, all sold out)
2) return it for a refund (leaving me without a phone)
Now my thought is if they "forgot" to clean the phone what else did they forget to do? Has the phone been properly inspected/refurbished.
I've asked customer service over and over and getting nowhere fast. There's no option to send it back to get cleaned at all.
feeling very let down and because I'm a new customer they can't help me (apparently I've not spent enough money with them)
What would you do?
