how they can talk about zillions for HS2 without getting giddy I don't know.. it would represent too much responsibility for me
at least we've had some philanthropical donations in past, carnegie was one that springs to mind.. guess back in the day they were guided by christianity to have conscience - or guilt maybe with some? we can't begin to imagine the lives some of them had.

fancy having all that money and going over to crack, crackers! maybe extreme case of money not making people happy..
looking around he apparently got total of 12 months for driving under influence of crack and for preventing decent burial of body. not sure how I feel about that. hope he went to rehab and was monitored from time to time, did he get a driving ban? where were the family in all this, they must have had some clue as to what going on.
