Last night after purchasing a top up I was then faced with a 3/4 hour ordeal of trying to top up my credit .this delay caused my Saturday to become a frustrating and disappointing night .When I logged on to my account it would not accept voucher and was stuck on cancelled so I then phone the top up number which rang 5 times and then said: Oh no we are experiencing technical difficulties pls contact an agent at giffgaff . Com but when I tried this the page was not found ! I understand that this happens occasionally but this went on for several hours and not even a sorry Fromm giffgaff i mean where are your manners !!!
