That wouldn't work. Christmas Day and Boxing Day could well be one of the heaviest days of the year for problems, bearing in mind that people give presents on those days, and some of them will be phones that are just as likely to need agent action as any other day of the year.
harrrrrry All the more reason too, people are way too obsessed with mobiles IMHO.
OK, but that would mean the agents would start work on Friday with a very heavy backlog to wade through, which would in turn mean that many new problems submitted on Friday would not be dealt with in the next 24 hours.
