Please note this post only relates to our audit of community payback (which was held as per our email to affected members on the 20th December 2019) and is not related to Super Recruiter payback or if you are experiencing issues with your payback in general. If you have any other issue please head on over to our help & support forum where our superb helpers can point you in the right direction.
I can now confirm that we have now completed our review and ALL community payback that we can release immediately (without further discussion) will be completed tomorrow (30th December 2019) as previously planned.
There is however some members though that we will have to have a further discussion with, however I want to make this very clear, this doesn't mean that we automatically consider your Payback activity fraudulent, but some activity on your account(s) has meant that we need to confirm a few things before we can release your payback.
We will be starting to reach out to members (via email) over the next few days and in some cases after the new year holiday. We will do this as quickly as we possibly can. In order to speed up the process can you please check that the registered email address on your account is the correct one and that you still have access to that email address. If you no longer have access to your registered email please feel free to update your account email address here: https://giffgaff.com/profile/details#email
