bryan_jamesons no point on goodybags that are £10 plus as those goodybags have unlimited minutes and texts the only difference is the amount of money you pay for data
this would only apply to the 2 lowest goodybags at £6 and £8 not sure how easy it would be for giffgaff to implement i will guess it will not be for them
there are are enough goodybags in the range maybe try checking your usage at the end of tbe month and purchase the goodybag that is correct for your usage giffgaff also recommend goodybags dependent on usage
bryan_jamesons just reread ur post i dont know if giffgaff would implement swapping minutes for data
however i think giffgaff as a network have to do more to be more user friendly for those members with accessibility needs
not sure exactly what can be done but whatever it is will be appreciated.
