Help is very specifically intended as a "one person's problem per thread only" area. It works most efficiently that way. It's totally taboo for a second person to hijack the OP's thread by posting a second problem on the same thread and if that happens it needs to be reported to an educator for splitting. There's no harm in detecting keywords and suggesting likely answers, but the danger is that when the thread doesn't answer their question they will tack another question on to it instead of correctly posting on a new thread.
Contribute is different and there it would greatly help if before starting a new thread the title could be parsed for keywords such as rollover and the member strongly encouraged to read the other threads instead of starting a new thread.
The real problem is to work out how we can implement something that behaves differently in the two circumstances.
