Today I come with some news that has been requested by our members for some time now, that we think will really improve how our members buy a phone.

As of today we will be partnering up with a new courier service in order to deliver our phones. Starting on that day, all your phones, both new and our full range of refurbished, will be delivered by our new partner, DPD.
What does this mean for you?
You’ll still get your phone within the same delivery timeframe, but the great news is that we will be extending the standard next working day delivery cut off time to midnight.
Orders placed from 12:01am Monday to Thursday by 12am, will be delivered the next working day. Orders placed from 12:01am Thursday to 12am on Sunday, will be delivered the following Monday.
To ensure our members have full control and the flexibility they require/need, our members will be able to use the DPD app or website to track an order and change its destination once the order has been processed. You can use this link to download the DPD app or this link to track your delivery on the DPD website. To avoid confusion during the transition period members will receive notifications with the courier service that will be used to deliver their phone.
