Was moved from feedback to "help and support" and I can't set a best answer... I think because it was moved. I got a great answer from members, but I can't set best answer!
norffc thanks for the tip-off. Looks like your permissions/settings were a little off 🙁
I've updated it now, can you please try again and let me know how you get on with setting a best answer?
norffc there is an issue even im bot able to set best answers @alex_w said they are looking into the issue.

shabazmoqsud Change was a global permissions setting, so you should have the button back as well already.
shabazmoqsud the permissions issue for this was a global one, so it would have addressed all members.
Can you please share a link to the thread you’re unable to set a best answer on? I’ll take a look at what may be the issue

I can see that this best answer was set yesterday, as you say by @prescilla_g - this was during the time we had the permissions issue mentioned above. I'm 99.999% certain that this is the same problem. I've just removed the best answer that she set for a moment. Can you please go back to the thread and check that you now do have the ability to set it?
shabazmoqsud actually, this discussion in under the Feedback tag too, which does not support best answers. Therefore, if you want a best answer set on this, it'll have to be moved to Help and support

ianmorland if you read the discussion it was under feedback then @prescilla_g removed feedback tag and added help and support tag then i got notification to set a best answer which i couldnt do then @prescilla_g set the best answer for me. but i noticed today that the help and support tag was removed and feedback tag was added.
