Hi all, we know that some of you have been unable to accept or decline the offer for your phone since the ‘Sell my phone’ service was paused on Friday. We’ve been working hard, and have now been able to make the “My phone sales” page on your dashboard available, while keeping the rest of the service paused so that you’ll be able to accept or decline.
With the rest of the service paused, there might be a delay, but we will make sure everybody gets paid or gets their phone back soon, depending on what they’ve chosen.
If you’re looking for more information on a phone sale that is in progress, then our supplier’s agents will be able to help you out. Head to our ask an agent page and they’ll be able to look into it for you. Your case will be replied to in the order you sent it in, and our current queue levels mean you should receive a response within a few working days, although if the team can get to you quicker, they will do.
We’re really sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you, and we are still working with our supplier on some of the other functionality of this service, and will keep everyone updated as soon as we know more.
