I have seen from @alexw thread that February payback has been finalised and is being updated. That's great. The final step is to email out points statements.
I have never received one of those, primarily because I manage my incoming email volume by not signing up for the many email promotional emails any organisation I interact with wants to send me. Usually with the aim of getting me to spend more.
It seems even the lowest level of interaction involves the receipt of marketing material "exclusive deals"
So, how about a setting which means you will only be sent essential information, which would include the payback emails, or even a separate category of its own ?
At present I don't actually know how much I earned in February as I can only find a cumulative for the half year in my member profile
Or am I looking in the wrong place ?
