We have been made aware of an unexpected issue affecting members who are porting in their numbers from either O2 or Tesco Mobile. Members affected by this will have experienced a delay in their number coming across to giffgaff. I'm glad to say this issue is now resolved.
Our teams have been working really hard to resolve this issue and we can now confirm that all members who were transferring their number into giffgaff for the 23rd, 24th and 25th March 2020 have now been completed.
