There have been many people who are stranded abroad in foreign countries and they have used all of the £20 or £25 goodybag. Once they get to 20GB, they have to pay for their data as they have no WiFi. I know this will be at reduced rates but it is still very expensive.
I know that this is according with the 'fair usage while roaming' policy but I think that temporary measures should be put in place to help these people contact friends and family if they are stuck abroad.
What is giffgaff doing to help these people?
