dave_mann123 Hi there. That's right... It can take up to 24 hours for a SIM swap to complete through the system in full (but it’s usually quicker). You'll also lose service while your SIM Swap is processing through the system and any goodybag plan/credit balances on your account will not be displayed on-screen during this time. Please periodically switch your phone off and back on again until network signal is established on your new SIM card.
