In that thread, I can be replying to some other member. Within my reply, I want to @ mention the thread originator (OP), who has not replied in the previous 10 threads

@rikk and about that time, the OP's name flashes up briefly, to be very quickly replaced by a list of other members whose names begin with
@rikk. But there are too many other matching members for the dropdown and rikka_gg is not one of them. So I cannot pick hers from the list
When there are too many matches, the picklist should give priority to members that have posted in the thread, and after that to the names of giffgaff staff. Members who have not contributed to the thread should only be shown at the bottom of the list, if space allows.
