This recipe is similar to one I did before for flatbreads but it makes a delicious pizza as well .
200g self raising flour
200g fat free Greek /plain yoghurt
1 teaspoon baking powder
other stuff you need
toppings to suit
combine the flour yogurt and baking powder in a bowl , add a crack of sea salt and a pinch of garlic powder or Italian herbs (or both ) to taste .
combine until a nice rough dough is formed . Add a touch of flour if it’s too sticky.
Remove the dough and knead a few times On a floured surface .roll it out into a pizza shape , not too thick as it won’t cook a properly .
prepare your toppings
grate or thinly slice some cheese
cook some chicken / chop some ham( I used chicken added a bit of piri piri and fried for a couple of minutes and set aside .
heat up a large frying pan and spray some low calorie cooking oil in it. Put the rolled out dough in the pan and cook one side for a minute or too till brown . Flip it over and cook for about 15 seconds .
remove it and place on a plate or board to add your toppings on the least cooked side .
cover based thinly with tomato purée and top with cheese , herbs and meats if you want or veg .i chopped some tomatoes and added chicken.
pop on the oven on gas mark 8or 9 on a baking tray for 8-10 mins depending how thick. Just make sure it’s cooked through .
serve and enjoy .
