If your phone loan has been accepted by Ratesetter but you're having trouble confirming your phone loan order via the link provided within the loan confirmation email or your upfront payments are being declined but there's no issue with your bank account, perhaps there's a little glitch between your web browser and giffgaff's website (as this can happen occasionally).
Please go to the Settings within your current Web Browser and delete the Cache and Cookies (located under Browsing History). Once done, please try to confirm your phone order (again, using the link in the confirmation email you received from Ratesetter). Hopefully that'll work for you.

If the problem persists and you still cannot confirm your phone loan order, please log out of your giffgaff account and open an alternative Internet browser (if you can). Chrome and Firefox are some examples. Then, visit giffgaff.com on the alternative web browser, log back into your giffgaff account and confirm your phone order.
