dadba14 Thank you to everyone who has responded..
I’ll have to ask an agent to resolve for me.
Many thanks again.
Whilst you are waiting to get it fixed you can still,"Share" photos at little cost,
If this is an Android phone and until you get sorted.
You will need a Google account. If you don't have one it's free,
Then Install the free Google photos app,
Then preferably using a WiFi connection as videos use a lot of data Open the Google photos app and click and if it asks you to switch on backup just say yes and choose the option you want.
Then click on the 3 bars top left and scroll down to Settings > Backup and sync and click on that and enable the Backup&Sync and then make sure the little buttons for pictures and videos are enabled.
Now you have done this your photos and videos will not only be kept on the phone but also here,
You can now click on any photo in the app or the Web-page and then click on the share icon which looks like this,
and choose,"Create a link" and just send that link via Text or Email etc.
Note: Even most Android Gallery apps have the,"Share" feature which you can use with the photos on your phone.
The above may sound a little complicated but it's not really and once you are setup you can easily send links to pictures and videos and also not incur the 30p charge for sending MMS messages 🙂
