mrtedd Hi there. That's right... Multimedia Messaging Service (MMS messages) require credit top-up to send, as they’re not included in goodybag plans. The current price for MMS messages is 30p each. If you have enough 'airtime credit' on your account, you should be able to send an MMS.
You'll also need the correct giffgaff MMS message settings saved on your Samsung Galaxy S9 Smartphone.
Your MMS message must not exceed 300KB in size or it won't send.

If you have credit and settings are correct, please switch your Samsung Galaxy S9 Smartphone OFF and back ON again and try to send your MMS again. Hopefully that'll work for you.
Failing that, please raise an agent case and they'll look into the issue for you.
