And so, we come to the last monthly calculation before all the Payback you've earned over the last 6 months is paid out. If you haven't already, make sure you've chosen how you'll be claiming yours. Important Announcement for June (and onward) calculations
Those of you who have been around for a while will know that when helping other members we use the ratio between how many replies a member has made and how many Best Answers they received in the "Help and support" tag as part of the calculations. This particular method has long been known by us, and many members, to not be as precise as it could be.
So, from the June calculations onward we will be changing to use the number of threads participated in instead of the number of replies. That means that members who routinely post multiple times within a thread to help troubleshoot a difficult issue will no longer need to worry about how those extra replies affect their payback. (Note: we've always been careful to calibrate so that troubleshooters aren't adversely affected, however we know many members still perceive troubleshooting to be a disadvantage).
Over the coming months we'll likely need to calibrate our calculations as we see any changes in how members approach providing help.

Current status of the Payback Calculations is listed below, and I'll provide updates as we tick items off. We're expecting all of the community files required to be ready on Friday 5th June, with calculations and audits to take place later this week.
