Not sure if this is the right place, but no doubt the post will be moved if it isn’t. Having received one of these e mails from giffgaff, I appreciate their concern, but I’d like to make a couple of points, since I can’t reply to the e mail, and the survey isn’t relevant.
Regarding the statement -

When did a month become 15+ days ! 😀
Yes, I know I’m not using it much at the moment, but we have an inclusive package + broadband on our landline, which we can both use. It’s cheaper than buying two Goodybags, and since we are currently stuck at home, using WhatsApp and Skype, we just don’t use the mobiles for calls, and rarely for texts.
The survey should perhaps have a ‘None of the above’ option, because the nearest answer was ‘I’m a light user and giffgaff is my back up’ - but it’s not my back up, it’s my only phone/sim. None of the other options apply.
In any case, I used my phone exactly 2 weeks ago to send a text. Yes only one - but it’s still use - and things are likely to change when current circumstances do.
