giffgaff have a legal obligation to keep data about your communications (calls and texts) for 12 months. This includes your number, the number called and the time and duration of the call. giffgaff do not retain the content of the call or text.

Then provide the following information:
1, SIM serial number, this is only for members with an active SIM. It's the number on your SIM card right before 4Ggg4.
2, Attach a copy of the account holder's passport, driving licence, birth certificate or utility bill.
Please note that the SAR (Subject Access Request) document (PDF) will be sent to the email address registered to the members account, so it's always a good idea to check this with a member before they request the required information to prevent delays.
