Good Morning giffgaffers,
We were seeing some Intermittent reports of members experience issues accessing their giffgaff account via the giffgaff app, We can now confirm that this issue has been fully resolved.
Members who were abroad who were unable to access their account from the giffgaff app will now have full access again.
Members accessing their account or the giffgaff community via a web browser will no longer need to complete the additional Captcha verification page when logging into their giffgaff account.
I’d like to personally thanks all members for your patience while we investigated & now successfully resolved this issue.
