If that doesn’t work, turn your phone off, remove your sim altogether and wait a couple of seconds and put back in and switch it on again to see if it fixes it.
If you’re new to giffgaff or have just changed your phone, you might have a problem with your settings so ensure that the message centre is correctly set to +447802002606. Normally this is set automatically.
To reset this from an iPhone, simply dial **50057672+447802002606# from other phones this will need to be done manually.
