Please can you firstly try deleting all your credit/debit card details, and also try using another browser e.g. Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and clearing cache-cookies history, Then try again, because that can help to resolve things in most cases
If still having problems contact an agent as they might of flagged the card for security precautions and which no amount of cache clearing, cookie deleting etc. Alert the agents and they can help clear the flag.
It can take up to 24hours to get a reply but it usually quicker than that.
