Update - 16 July:
I just wanted to let you know that I’ve posted an update on recruitment for you to test our latest development with the charging system. We had so many of you interested in getting involved which is absolutely mindblowing - thank you all so much!
With over 140 members signed up already, I’ve closed the signup form. If you’d like to find out how we’re going to choose who is on the trial, I’ve detailed how in my most recent post. Thank you all again.

Hello everyone, I hope you are all keeping well.
We have been busy working on enhancing our charging system - the one that sits in the background making sure that when you buy something, it goes through correctly and gives you what you’ve bought. Might not sound too exciting, but the great thing about this is that it’s the foundation for building new features that you care about most.
We’ve been working on this new infrastructure for a while, and carefully monitoring it to make sure it’s fit for purpose. We think we’re at a good stage to start migrating people onto it. Before we migrate everyone to it we’d like to ask for 40 members to allow us to migrate you to it early, for a 6 week period, as a preview.
Sign up form has now been closed. Thank you all for applying to get involved.
If you’re on the preview, it will seem like nothing has changed. You can still buy your new goodybags, recur goodybags and buy credit. What it’ll mean, though, is that we can look at how things work in the background with real member usage, and make sure we’re ready for prime time. If you’re up for it, we will ask some of you to carry out additional tasks that you might not usually do, like buying a queued goodybag. In the background, we’ll continue monitoring the performance until we think we’re at a point where we can migrate everyone onto the new system.
We can’t guarantee everyone who fills in the form will be able to be on the trial, but if you’re successful, we’ll get in touch via email to confirm your participation in this preview, including terms and conditions you’ll need to agree to.
Thanks so much,
