Megan here and I am sorry to hear about this issue that you have had with your queued goodybag and I understand that it is quite frustrating.
I have had our escalations check this out for you and they have advised tat this is an issue with our system and it is getting worked on and the issues will be resolved well before the time you want to apply another goodybag to your account.

hi my queued goodybag has started already thats not the issue.
i tried to cancel my queued goodybag yesterday and was not able to i thought you can cancel a queued upto 7:30pm the day before its meant to start
can you please clarify if things have changed in terms of this. ive attached a screenshot of the message i got.
for the record i dont want to cancel my goodybag i just want to know why it wouldnt let me cancel yesterday before it started.
