Hello I have just added £20 to my credit as i needed to get more data it sent me to the website to basically start a new goodie bag I bought a new one and it has taken another £20 from my account and says I still have £20 in my giffgaff account.

lorraine280170 You could slo just leave it to purchase your next goodybag; or even use the credit now to buy and queue your next goodybag.
Goodybags are never automatically purchased from credit,you can however do this manually.
Buy goodybag with credit
If you have a goodybag set to recur,you will have to untick that here, https://giffgaff.com/profile/payment-details
prior to purchase. Then buy using your credit. Remember to re select auto recur if you wish.
You can choose to leave the credit on your account to use next time or you can request a refund via an agent.
