Check back in a few minutes to see if your payment has gone through” error message on-screen. Please check your purchase order history to see if your goodybag plan or credit top-up payment has been successful? If it doesn’t show, then your purchase hasn’t been successful and you’ll need to try again.
Just in case it’s the result of a browser glitch, please go to the Settings within your current web browser and delete the Cache and Cookies (located under Browsing History). Once done, please attempt your goodybag or credit top-up purchase again. If that doesn’t help, please open a different web browser and try again, as you might find that works for you.
